In April of this year, I had the good fortune to return to Israel. It all started when I was looking up plane tickets to either Boston or California. After seeing prices were close to 400 / 500 dollars, as a joke I said, “I wonder how much Israel would be”…
As it turns out, my airfare was a mere $730.00. Considering it was on Royal Jordanian (a fantastic airline), I figured why not. And took the great plunge and went back. This time though, my heavy concentration was on Norther Israel.
As I have spoken about them before, my readers are aware of the respect and gratitude I have for the amazing hostel Abraham Hostel and decided to go there again. As if turns out, luck was on my side and the tour company which operates from the hostel had an absolutely terrific 4 day northern Israel tour w/ accommodations and transportation.
It all started with a fantastic guide where he explained details of the many sites visited. Now, because many folks don’t like tours, you have to understand, to get to many of these places you will need a private car. As I am not interested in driving in Israel alone, this was perfect.
